            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

This will not be your "drill sergeant" training sessions or "boot camp" classes.  My training method focuses on concentration, visual anatomy while contracting, time value, partnership, quick results, knowledge, and fun.  I am not a rep counter, i.e. standing over you counting how many reps you do.  I assure that every rep and movement executed is a rep well accounted for and our time spent on exercises is short, sweet & simple. 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Due to regular work schedule and high client demand, group training will not be available at this time.  Thank you, and my apologies for any inconvenience.
