How it works

 I do not do training "packages".  I believe that each session should be paid individually.  Most trainers request paid in full packages (giving them a lump sum amount, depending on how many sessions a client wants).  I consider this unfair - no one can predict their future and life happens unexpectedly.  If you pay for 3 sessions in one week and something happens that week, then you've paid for a session that you didn't go too.  Or if you get injured, you've paid for sessions that you cannot complete until you have healed.  With that said, we'd meet at the gym, we'd train, and conduct payment after each session.
